At Newuu, we do not operate like a standard hair company.
We offer a curated, high-end experience built on precision, sourcing excellence, and uncompromising quality.

Each unit is selected and prepared with intention. Nothing is mass-handled. Nothing is overlooked.

By completing your purchase, you are entering a refined, final-sale environment designed to protect the integrity of our products and the experience we provide.

1. Returns & Store Credit

Due to the luxury and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are considered final.

As a courtesy, Newuu may extend store credit eligibility under the following strict conditions:

  • Return requests must be initiated within three (3) business days of confirmed delivery

  • Approved returns are eligible for store credit only

  • A $100 restocking fee applies to all accepted human hair returns

Requests submitted outside of this window will not be considered.

Return Standards

To be considered, items must meet immaculate standards:

  • Completely unworn, untouched, and unaltered

  • In pristine, original condition

  • All original tags fully intact

  • Free from any scent, product, or environmental exposure

Return shipment tracking must be provided within the required timeframe.

Any item that does not meet these standards will be declined without exception.

2. Non-Negotiable Conditions

To maintain the level of quality Newuu is known for, the following are strictly non-negotiable:

  • Change of Mind
    We do not accommodate impulse decisions or uncertainty after purchase.

  • Client Selection Responsibility
    Every detail selected at checkout is final, including:

    • Texture

    • Density

    • Color

    • Length

    • Base size and construction

  • Color Matching
    Perfect matches are not assumed.
    Clients seeking precision must select a custom color service.
    Choosing from the chart confirms your acceptance of natural variation.

  • Post-Delivery Handling
    Once delivered, the care, storage, and maintenance of the unit is solely the client’s responsibility.

  • Custom Units
    All custom-designed units are final sale, without exception.

3. Order Commitment

All purchases made with Newuu are intentional and binding.

We do not allow:

  • Order cancellations

  • Modifications after purchase

  • Reversals of any kind

Please ensure full certainty before completing your order.

4. Brand-Level Exceptions

While rare, we will address the following situations with discretion:

  • Manufacturing Defect
    Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear visual documentation.
    If approved, resolution will be offered via replacement or store credit.

  • Incorrect Item Fulfillment
    If an error occurs on our end, you will be offered:

    • Exchange

    • Store credit

    • Refund

5. Client Alignment

Newuu is a made-to-order experience.

Many of our units are sourced and prepared specifically upon purchase, ensuring a level of exclusivity and quality control not found in mass inventory systems.

Clients are expected to:

  • Review all product specifications carefully

  • Make informed selections prior to purchase

For those who require guidance, we offer a $35 consultation service to ensure alignment before ordering.

Custom Order Notice

All custom units are:

  • Non-refundable

  • Non-exchangeable

  • Final sale

Clients will be given the opportunity to approve their unit prior to shipment.

6. Limitation of Liability

Newuu is not responsible for any damage resulting from:

  • Improper installation

  • Styling techniques

  • Product misuse

  • Environmental or external factors

All outcomes are subject to the conditions outlined in this agreement.

Final Acknowledgment

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms within this agreement.

These policies are not restrictive — they are protective.
They exist to uphold the standard, quality, and exclusivity that define Newuu.
