PURCHASE AGREEMENT

Effective Date: January 1st 2024

 

This agreement is between the Buyer (“you”) and Newuu (the Company”) regarding the purchase of wigs, toppers, and related products sold here at newuu By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

1. RETURN POLICY

 

My Products are considered hygienic items, and for this reason,  I enforce a strict no cash refund policy.

 • Returns for Store Credit Only: Buyers are eligible for in-store credit if the return is initiated within three (3) business days of delivery >

 

                          ($100 RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL RETURNED ITEMS )

 • Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after the three-day window under any circumstances.

 • To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

 • The product is in original condition, unworn, unstyled, unaltered, and still has its original tags.

 • The product must be free of any signs of use, damage, or odors.

 

     . PROOF of tracking for return ( has to be no later than 3 day from original delivery) 

 

2. WHAT DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR A RETURN OR REFUND

 

Returns will  will not be granted for the following:

 1. Buyer’s remorse: Purchases made impulsively, out of curiosity, or indecision do not qualify.

 2. Window shopping: If you are uncertain about your choice, we encourage using our consultation services before purchasing.

 3. Incorrect selection of product details:

 • Misinformation about texture, density, color, base size, base type, or length on the buyer’s part will not warrant a return, refund, or store credit.

 • Buyers are solely responsible for selecting these details accurately. Please double-check your choices before completing your purchase

.

 4. Improper storage or care: Damage caused by improper handling after delivery is your responsibility.

 5. Custom orders: Units customized to your specifications (e.g., custom cuts or colors) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  6. color matching:  unless you specifically order a custom color if the unit does not match your bio hair perfectly, this will not result in you receiving a refund. If you want a custom color to match your specifics, you must apply the custom color option to your order. you will be responsible for choosing the closest color match from color chart.

 

3. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

 

We do not accept order cancellations. Once your purchase is made, it is final, and all terms of this agreement apply.

 

4. LIMITED REFUNDS

 

We provide refunds under limited circumstances:

 • Defective Product: If the product is found to be defective upon delivery and you notify us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt) with clear evidence (e.g., photos), we will assess and issue store credit or replace the product.

 • Incorrect Order: If we send the wrong item, we will provide an exchange, store credit, or refund at your  discretion.

 

5. BUYER RESPONSIBILITY

 

You acknowledge that our stock toppers and wigs are not held in-house but are ordered specifically upon payment. Therefore:

 • Ensure your measurements, color, texture, density, base size, base type, and length are accurate before purchasing.

 • Use my $35 consultation service for assistance in selecting the best product if you are unsure.

 

>ATTENTION CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE, ALL SALES ARE FINAL BUYER WILL BE ABLE TO VIEW THEIR UNIT BEFORE IT IS SENT OUT TO THEM 

 

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 

Newuu is not responsible for products damaged due to misuse, incorrect styling, or external factors. Returns will only be processed based on the terms outlined here.
